Benin Appeal Court exonerates Gani Audu of certificate forgery – Independent Television/Radio

A court of appeal sitting in Benin has Dismissed alleged case of forgery against the All Progressive Congresses APC, deputy Governorship Candidate in the last Edo State Governorship election, Mallam Gani Audu over Alleged Change Of Name in documents and certificate forgery.

Best Mbiere reports that the court delivered by three separate judgements bothering on the same issue saying the case at the State High court which disqualified Mallam Gani Audu was statute barred.
