EYM Appoints Ojiaga Faith as Project Director for Esan Olympic Games 2019

The Esan Youths Movement (EYM) has appointed Mr Faith Ojiaga as Project Director for the Edo Central Sports Festival for schools tagged the Esan Olympic Games 2019.

Mr. Ojiaga Faith is a board member of Edo Football Association (EFA) and Chairman of the Youth Committee.

Mr Ojiaga was former captain of Ambrose Alli University Football Club for 5 years and was instrumental to winning the only Football medal ever won by the institution, a Silver Medal in Football in University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) in 2004 Nigerian University Games (NUGA).

He was invited to camp for screening during the National Under 17 selection process in 1997.

Ojiaga is a former member of Edo State Football Team and former player of Niger Dock Football Club of Lagos.

Ojiaga is the Chairman, Local Organising
Committee (LOC) of Onojie of Ekpoma Cultural Sports Festival for the past 10 years, where marathon race for male and female has been incorporated including Traditional Wrestling, Football and Ayu Traditional Game

Mr Ojiaga, a seasoned, tested and trusted sports manager is expected to bring his wealth of experience to bear on the Esan Olympic Games 2019.

His duties are to oversee the entire sports event from planning, execution to officiating. He shall coordinate all other sub committee leaders and members in general oversight of EYM Executive Council to ensure a hitch-free event.

His appointment takes effect from the 1st day of October, 2019.
