Former President George W. Bush wrote in the name of his former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice on his 2020 presidential ballot rather than voting for his own party’s nominee Donald Trump for reelection, he told People magazine. The Bush family and Trump have been at odds since George’s brother, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, ran against Trump in the 2016 GOP primary. Trump regularly mocked Jeb Bush on the campaign trail and faulted George W. Bush for the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.

  1. Through all the shit that Trump and the rest of his sycophantic Republican boot lickers put the country through and Bush still couldn’t bring himself to vote for the decent human being, Joe Biden? That’s sad.

  2. I imagine there were many Republicans that did the same. It may well pacify your own individual self righteous indignation. But does nothing for country.
