New Jersey will be one of at least 20 states to allow an “X” gender identifier on driver’s licenses and other identification as part of legislation passed in 2018. The new gender “X” identifier will indicate that a person’s gender is unspecified, a big step for those who identify as nonbinary, or someone who doesn’t identify as male or female. “We know this new option will be deeply impactful for many residents, as access to resources and the ability to live and work freely so often hinges on having documentation that correctly reflects your identity,” an official from the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission said. 1. Attention all units: The suspect is a 5’10” non-binary person, who does not identify with any race or skin color. If seen act with extreme caution, may or may not be armed, we don’t want to judge.

  2. If they can do that, everybody has to respect my wish to be recognized as a bird. Flightless, of course. Ca-caw!
