Nigeria’s confirmed coronavirus cases jump to 3912


Nigeria has recorded 245 new coronavirus cases, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 2,802. The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control made this known on its website on Monday. 10

Nigeria has recorded 386 new cases of COVID-19 across various states of the country.

Announcing via its official Twitter handle this evening, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) stated that 176 of the new cases were recorded in Lagos, 65 in Kano, 31 in Katsina and 20 in Federal Capital Territory.

Remaining cases are spread across various states below:

17-Borno

15-Bauchi

14-Nasarawa

13-Ogun

10-Plateau

4-Oyo

4-Sokoto

4-Rivers

3-Kaduna

2-Edo

2-Ebonyi

2-Ondo

1-Enugu

1-Imo

1-Gombe

1-Osun

As at now, 3912 persons have tested positive for COVID-19 in Nigeria so far, with 679 patients and a record 117 deaths.
