Sohail Pardis was one of the thousands of Afghan interpreters who worked for the US military. The Taliban shot at his car, dragged him out and beheaded him, according to villagers who witnessed the incident. Now, other interpreters fear persecution as the Taliban gains control of wider swaths of the country.

  1. Expedited citizenship for these workers and interpreters. Either here to the US or other ISAF/NATO countries.

  2. And we’re dragging our feet at getting these allies and their families to safety. I can’t believe the US is pulling out while leaving them behind.

  3. This breaks my heart. We accomplished nothing in 20 years… this reminds me of Vietnam… things will go back to where they were before we set foot in Afghanistan. :-/

  4. They knew this would happen! They should have gotten them out with the first troops to leave. Now it will be much harder 😢😢

  5. I don’t know why US is always involved in other countries business while we have so much to talk about in our own country. Let Afghanistan 🇦🇫 take care of their business please. Enough is Enough

  6. GET THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES OUT OF THERE. SEND THEM TO GUAM WHERE THEY’LL BE SAFE
