The Imalu Airiemhionkha Ebhoaye Memorial Foundation Set To Give 100 Indigent Students Scholarship

The Imalu Airiemhionkha Ebhoaye Memorial Foundation is set to give scholarships worth over N400,000 each to over 100 indigent students in Iguenen. Speaking to Journalist, the president and founder of the foundation, Chief Fredrick Airiemhionkha said the scholarship scheme is geared towards alleviating the financial burdens of the students. He said the gesture will go a long way to meet some of the educational needs of the students. 

Chief Fredrick urged them to be focused, diligent and be determined to succeed academically assuring the students of the commitment of the foundation to their welfare and progress.  He encouraged those that will benefit to see the gift as a seed that will yield fruits as they also will be able to do so for others in future by God’s grace.

Chief Fredrick said the students will be careful selected by team of professionals without bias or any political or traditional influences after thorough screening to ensure that the beneficiaries are students in dire straits. He went further to say that funds will be disbursed appropriately without being diverted. He admonished the beneficiaries to rise above their challenges and aspire to graduate in flying colours. 

Chief Fredrick urged parents and students not to define themselves by their challenges, as everybody has a story to tell. He said any living person will have challenges and that no condition is permanent.
