  3. No amount of money or punishment can replace him but Wow they kill people without any real consequences and taxpayers have to pay the settlements. That money could have gone to deescalation training and saved many lives.

  7. Amazing how cities rather spend millions paying for cops mistakes rather than firing , charging them or police reform.
