Working long hours is killing hundreds of thousands of people a year through stroke and heart disease, according to the World Health Organization. In 2016, some 745,000 people died as a result of having worked at least 55 hours a week, according to a global analysis from WHO and the International Labour Organization.   1. Why donโ€™t they look into each persons diet, exercise routine, sleep schedule, etc. Surely working canโ€™t kill a person, unless of course stress is involved as well. But all those other factors contribute

  2. Correlation is not causation though people! Work longer hours, probably have less exercise and increase risk of stroke/heart disease. Not just cause and effect
