Copyright and takedown

Draft, pending legal review

This is a working draft written in plain language to describe how ESANtv intends to operate. It is not final and it is not legal advice. Our lawyers are still reviewing it, so the wording, dates, company details, and any specific commitments may change before it takes effect.

Our position

ESANtv sends audiences to official destinations. We do not host, copy, or stream other people's video. Information about a title is not the same as the right to watch it, and we do not treat it that way.

How we handle a report

Every rights or copyright report is handled as a record, not a lost email. In outline, we take in your report, acknowledge it, identify what it concerns, restrict access where warranted while we review, look at the source and authorisation, ask for more detail if we need it, decide, act, and keep an audit trail. Restricting something while we review never destroys the evidence.

Report a rights or copyright issue

Tell us what the issue is and where to find it. Provide as much detail as you can so we can act quickly. Fields marked required must be filled in.

We log every report and keep an audit trail. The full case workflow is being built; for now this records your report and routes it to our team for review.
